Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products, tools, or accessories cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@btvnailspa.org within 7 days of delivery.
4. Services
Payments for nail care services (manicure, pedicure, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been provided. If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly — we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
5. Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
